How To Use:
- Pull the inner tube out. Thumb and middle finger can be used to hold the applicator.
- The applicator tip is then placed into the vaginal opening.
- Hang on holding the applicator. Using an index finger, softly push the inner tube into the vagina.
- Once the inner tube gets pressed thoroughly, this is an indication that the tampon has been inserted.
- Then, the applicator can be removed gently.
- To remove the tampon, sit on the toilet seat and softly pull out the tampon using the string.
- Change after every 4 to 6 hours.
